Hi Wendy,

Many thanks for your response. I have followed the instruction bellow the link as you mentioned ( Same link for Windows Server-2012 option) and installed pre-requisites software such as

1. Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API 4.0, Core Runtime 64-bit

2. Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Pack 64 bit

3. Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Pack SP1 64 bit ( I am not using office-2010)

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691354(v=exchg.150).aspx followed option for Windows server-2012.

My windows server-2012 active directory is configured for .Net Framework -4.5 and windows management 3.0 ( is't applicable for windows server-2012).

I am confirming that SharePoint-2013 foundation is running on IIS8 under this windows server.

I can't figure out the error or troubleshooting.

I am trying to install exchange server-2013 on my Windows server-2012machine. I have configured per-requisite applications and develop the server environment with active directory roles.

At my readiness check option, it shows the following error:-

"An unsupported operating system was detected . Exchange server-2013 client access and mailbox server roles support windows server -2008R2 SP1 or later  and windows server-2012".Exchange Server-2013 installation error

I am not using any V-machine or option. So how do i resolve the issue to install the Exchange server-2013? Please help me.
